Trinity Square was part of a major city centre redevelopment project initiated in 2006 as a joint venture with Nottingham City Council. The scheme was sold to Helical Bar plc on completion of land acquisition, relocation of previous tenants and planning approval. This 2.5-acre development now includes retail units such as TK Maxx, bars, multi-story car park and student accommodation comprising of 699 beds operated by Derwent Living.
This major mixed-use development saw the creation of an awarding wining multi-storey 267 space car park, 850 student rooms, Aldi supermarket, a recreational trampoline park at Bounce Planet and 25,000 sq ft for Pure Gym. The development was built and retained for 6 years before being sold to an international pension fund.
Helping to revitalise the local community, Monk Estates developed this 17,000 sq ft single storey building on a reclaimed brownfield site in Budgens, Melbourne. This supermarket was build using materials sympathetic to the conversation area and is now a local Sainsbury’s.
